Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers warmly as they enter the café.
- Take customer inquiries, provide information about menu items, promotions, and services.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails.
- Manage bookings, take phone orders, and coordinate with café staff.
- Assist with billing and payments if required.
- Collect customer feedback and address minor complaints.
- Support the café team during busy periods.
- Manage table reservations and walk-in customers efficiently.
- Organize seating arrangements and ensure smooth flow during peak hours.
