Job Description

Job Summary:
Our client in Raymond, OH is looking for a CAE Engineer L2. This is a contract position.
What You Will Do:
Seeking a highly skilled CFD Simulation Engineer with a strong background in Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT) analysis.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in STAR-CCM+, ANSYS Fluent, and OpenFOAM, coupled with solid experience in pre-processing (ANSA) and automation scripting to accelerate simulation workflows.
You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing CFD models to support thermal management, design validation, and performance improvement of complex engineering systems.
Key Responsibilities: 
Develop and execute CHT and thermal-fluid CFD simulations for full-system models.
Perform geometry cleanup, meshing, and surface preparation using ANSA and STAR-CCM+.
Build, calibrate, and validate CFD models using experimental or reference data.
