Missions

•Développement portefeuille clients

• Suivi portefeuille clients.

• Définition plans d’actions commerciales.

• Veille concurrentielle

• Traitement réclamations clients.

• Reporting ; ( CRM )



Profil recherché

Compétences

• BTS, Master 2 école de commerce ou université option gestion, management, marketing ou communication

• Capacité à gérer et coordonner les équipes.

• Efficacité, disponibilité rigueur et faculté d’adaptation.

• Anglais Courant.

• 04 ans d’expérience dans le domaine commercial. Une expérience acquise dans les domaines suivants serait déterminant : concession automobile, location de voiture)
