CADD Designer

Weston & Sampson is seeking a motivated CADD designer to support highly skilled engineering projects. This position will be in our Suffern, NY office location.


What you’ll do:

+ Prepare detailed civil design drawings and plans for site development projects.

+ Work closely with engineers, project managers, and surveyors to create accurate and timely construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant software.

+ Produce site layout, grading, utility, erosion control, drainage plans, profiles, and earthwork for land development projects

+ Assist in the preparation of construction documents, exhibits, and design reports

+ Interpret and apply local zoning and engineering codes/regulations

+ Coordinate with engineers, survey teams, and project managers to meet deadlines

+ Review and update redlines and markups from engineers
