Cad Technician

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-focused CAD Technician to join a growing façade design team based in the East Midlands. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of façade and cladding projects, supporting the production of high-quality technical drawings and coordinated 3D models from concept through to delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring façade systems are accurately detailed, buildable, compliant, and delivered in line with programme requirements.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate 2D CAD drawings, technical details, and layouts in line with project specifications
• Assist in the development and coordination of 3D models using Revit or similar software
• Update and revise drawings in response to design changes and internal reviews
