CAD Designer

Blue Arrow is urgently recruiting for an Experienced CAD Designer to join our clients team based in the Swansea area.

Salary: £35,000-£40,000p.a Depending on experience

Hours of work: Hours between 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday (working 8.5 hours per day: 40 hour paid week)

Contract: Permanent

Job Summary:

· To develop and test existing and new products, applying engineering principles and CAD software to create accurate drawings and technical documentation for performance, safety, and cost effectiveness while managing projects from concept to manufacturing.

· Create precise, to-scale Auto CAD drawings including all components needed to meet and improve the manufacturing processes requirements

· Design optimisation by reviewing designs to enhance manufacturability (DFM) and constructability

· Project management to ensure accuracy and compliance that meet required standards
