CAD Designer

• Design jigs, fixtures, moulds, gauges, and assembly aids
• Produce 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
• Apply GD&T principles and support tooling design for manufacturability
• Support product industrialisation from prototyping through to production
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and production teams
• Assist with tooling improvements, troubleshooting, and supplier coordination

• Minimum 4 years' experience in CAD design and development environments
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks or similar MCAD software
• Experience with PDM systems, GD&T, tolerance analysis, and technical drawings
• Knowledge of tooling, fixtures, moulds, and manufacturing processes
