CAD Designer - HVAC
Position Overview
As a CAD Designer - HVAC with a Modigent operating company, you will create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, models, and fabrication documents for commercial and industrial HVAC systems. You will support project teams by producing accurate ductwork, piping, equipment layouts, and spooling drawings that enable efficient fabrication and field installation. This role combines technical expertise with collaboration across engineering, project management, and fabrication teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet project goals, budgets, and schedules.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models for commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, hangers, equipment layouts, and spooling.
Coordinate closely with HVAC Operations, Project Managers, Engineers, and Fabrication teams to ensure designs meet project requirements.
