Job Description

This role is crucial in supporting the successful execution of construction projects by providing high-quality architectural drawings and plans. The Draftsman will work closely with architects, engineers, and site managers to translate conceptual designs into detailed construction documents.
Produce accurate and comprehensive drawings including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Develop and refine drawings based on architect's sketches and design concepts.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
Prepare presentation-quality drawings for client reviews and internal presentations.
Occasionally visit construction sites to observe progress, identify any discrepancies, and provide necessary revisions to drawings.
