Job Description
We’re hiring experienced Data Cabling Technicians to join a growing structured cabling team supporting commercial and public-sector projects across the Middle Tennessee area.
This is a great opportunity for technicians who want consistent work, hands-on project experience, and growth into advanced systems (fiber, network testing, security/AV).
What You’ll Be Doing
+ Independently pulling and routing low-voltage cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A) through ceilings, conduit, and J-hooks
+ Performing high-volume data terminations (RJ45, keystone jacks, patch panels) using T568A/B standards
+ Dressing, bundling, and labeling cable runs to meet project and industry standards
+ Working in MDF/IDF environments and maintaining clean, organized infrastructure
+ Navigating active job sites safely while working with hand and power tools
