Cable Jointer

This role is for an experienced Cable Jointer who can safely and consistently deliver LV and HV jointing/terminations on adopted and adoptable networks, in line with NERS requirements, DNO specifications, and project/programme constraints. You will be expected to work to a high standard of quality and documentation so that works are auditable, testable, and adoption-ready. Our client delivers contestable electricity connections as an Independent Connection Provider (ICP), working in partnership with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs), Independent DNOs (IDNOs), developers and principal contractors. Their work includes the construction elements typically covered under NERS scopes including cable laying, cable jointing, civil works, network switching and associated intrusive cable identification, and (where applicable) substation installation and commissioning.
