Cabinet Assembly

Position Description: Assemble cabinet parts (boxes, doors, drawers, shelves) using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings. Inspect components for defects before and after assembly. Apply adhesives, fasteners, and hardware (hinges, handles, slides) as required. Ensure proper alignment, fit, and finish of assembled cabinets. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report material shortages or quality issues to supervisors. Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards. Follow all plant safety protocols and wear required PPE Position Requirements: Must be Bilingual (English/ Spanish) High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred. Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or manufacturing assembly is an asset. Ability to use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and measuring devices (tape measure, square, calipers).
