CAA career opportunity practicing in an innovative community hospital setting in North Carolina. Rex is a private, not-for-profit hospital affiliated with the UNC Health Care System. The hospital consists of 660 beds including a heart center, family birth center, cancer center, convalescent care center, adult care center, and wellness center. The main campus has approximately 40 anesthetizing sites including 24 main operating rooms, 6 procedure rooms, 3 OB suites, 6 procedure rooms and a variety of out of department locations (EP, TAVRs, Hybrid MRI). Rex Hospital is a 609-bed metropolitan hospital and serves the flourishing and lively Raleigh, NC community. The Anesthesia Department is composed of approximately 30 anesthesiologists, 80+ CRNAs and has an affiliation with the UNC Greensboro School of Nurse Anesthesia.
