**Description:**
You will be the C‑130 Wing Shop Multifunction Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 for the C‑130 Wing Shop team which is responsible for leading a skilled hourly crew in the C‑130 outer‑wing build and delivering quality, cost and schedule excellence.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the C‑130 Wing Shop Multifunction Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for directing the hourly crew, driving continuous‑improvement initiatives and ensuring safe, on‑time production.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Supervise a team of 10+ hourly associates, ensuring adherence to safety, quality and schedule targets.
+ Implement process‑improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
+ Collaborate with HR and union stewards to resolve employee matters and maintain positive labor relations.
+ Oversee training, performance evaluations and compliance documentation for all team members.
