Buying & Marketplace Executive - Hybrid Work Setup

The Executive provides strong operational, administrative, and commercial support across both the core buying function and a dedicated marketplace portfolio.

Working closely with the Buyer and Marketplace Manager, this role ensures accuracy across all buying processes, supports the development of supplier relationships, and contributes to the management of marketplace brands.

Key Responsibilities: 1.

Intake Management & Order Tracking Proactively chase suppliers on outstanding deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment.

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date intake tracker, reflecting all order movements and changes.

Actively drive intake through relevant actions such as rephasing and cancellations, and flag potential risks to the Buyer in a timely manner.
