Our client is seeking a Buying & Category Manager to join a large aviation catering business, based at Dublin Airport. What's the purpose of role: The catering business is fast paced and complex, with units at airport locations across Europe and each unit operates as a mini business maintaining their individual budgets and finance. Our clients customer's needs are changing hour by hour, flight by flight. You will dynamically manage a Category Buying remit responsible for the delivery of perpetual catering programme, developing product collections and ensuring a successful delivery of the retail KPI's and strategic initiatives, which in turn feed into the business top line objectives.
