**What you’ll do:**

Responsible for executing procurement, tendering, and price negotiation processes for engineering projects and equipment in accordance with internal requirements. Assist requesting departments with contract preparation and signing, and ensure timely delivery through effective schedule tracking.

1. Supplier Development and Management: Base on the SOW (Scpoe of Work) provided by users, identify, evaluate, and establish a list of qualified suppliers; conduct regular performance assessments.
2. Procurement Strategy Planning: Develop procurement plans based on project requirements from users, to ensure achievement of schedule and cost objectives.
3. Contract support for user: Contract follow up to secure favorable terms, ensuring company interests and risk control base on users' decision.
