Salary: Up to $4500 | Location: Ang Mo Kio | Employment Type: Permanent | Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm

• Independently interface with project team members on procurement to review purchase requirements and engineering specifications.
• Responsible for sourcing and identifying reliable sources of supply for materials and services of required quality and quantity to be delivered on time.
• Conduct RFI, RFP, RFQ, and tender activities in accordance with Procurement Governance & Regulations.
• Carry out price analysisand conduct purchase/contract negotiations with vendors/suppliers to ensure materials/services are acquired at the most competitive pricing.
• Adjudicate awards and make recommendations to management for approval.
• Processing of PO, Change Order as well as tracking of deliveries.
• Liaise and collaborate with stakeholders on materials/services received and closing of PO. ...
