Locker Network Expansion
Track locker activation status post-deployment and ensure timely go-live.
Ensure lockers achieve steady-state performance within defined timelines.
Identify slow-ramping or underperforming lockers and initiate corrective actions.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor key locker performance metrics including utilisation rate, SLA, and CPO.
Build and maintain weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to management.
Optimisation & Continuous Improvement
Analyse performance by location type, geography, and deployment cohort.
Identify root causes of underperformance and propose optimisation initiatives.
Work with operations and maintenance teams to improve locker uptime and efficiency.
