Buyer (REMOTE)

Koniag Government Services,LLC is hiring a Buyer to support its Shared Services Division. The Buyer is responsible for executing procurement activities in support of direct federal programs. This role ensures timely, complaint, and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services in accordance with prime contract requirements, company policies, and applicable federal regulations, including FAR and DFARS. The Buyer works closely with Operations/Program teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support successful contract performance. The position is remote.

**Essential Functions, Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to:**

+ Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in support of federal prime contracts.
+ Source and evaluate vendors to ensure best value, quality, and delivery timelines.
