Responsibilities

• Convert Material Requirements Planning (MRP) demand into purchase orders (POs)
• Place and chase orders with suppliers for subcontracted services
• Chase and expeditiously deliver orders with suppliers
• Act as the point of contact for Production and Sales on order status and queries
• Act on MRP expectations to prevent shortages
• Support supplier performance, development and improvement (e.g. OTIF, quality, cost)
• Support order confirmations, supplier tenders and RFQs (building packs using technical drawings)
• Create reports and maintain the integrity of data on the ERP system (e.g. supplier information, pricing, products, MOQ, MSL)
