More About The Role
We are looking for a Buyer within our Livestock team based at our Spalding site. This role will maintain relationships with current and new suppliers, securing livestock at the given weekly price on farm or market. Delivering stock to plan, managing stakeholder relationships across the site, planning and external sales. We are a progressive business and depending on the candidate the role could include direct line management.
This role is based out of our Spalding abattoir and would require a suitable candidate to be within commutable distance to Spalding, the role would include and does require a candidate to be able to travel on a weekly basis to suppliers' farms and our secondary sites.
Our secondary site for England is Colne - whilst our buyers have a primary base our buyers have an involvement across all three of our sites.
