Buyer II

About the role

D-Wave is seeking Buyer II to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will support and collaborate with our R&D Engineering and Production teams to ensure they have the materials needed to build and improve our leading‑edge quantum computers. You'll work with a passionate, innovative team developing technology that is transforming how complex problems are solved.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with R&D engineering and Production teams to ensure materials are available for both production and experimental builds
• Generate and manage request for quotes (RFQs) and purchase orders for electrical, mechanical, and non-production components
• Partner with vendors to ensure competitive pricing, quality and on‑time delivery of goods and services
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including pricing, order confirmations, reschedules, and expedites
