Key Responsibilities:

Source high-quality products while adhering to cost and sustainability standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that benefit both the organisation and its suppliers.
Stay ahead of market trends, supply chain risks, and product availability.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
Identify and evaluate new ingredient suppliers to enhance product offerings.

What You Bring:

Proven experience as a Buyer or Purchasing Specialist.
