PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Implement redesign to cost/ localization (RDTC) programme for locomotives 

Support identification of RDTC opportunities within own scope and new build/ services

Set up full supplier selection process associated opportunities

Ensure project execution in line with Quality Cost Delivery & Technical (QCDT) objectives

Support supplier Panel relationship in conjunction with new build and TSSSA teams (Supplier workload, negotiation, Specific agreement)
