Buttcon Limited Senior Estimator Opportunity

In this position, you will report directly to the Vice President of Pre-Construction & Estimating. The Senior Estimator will lead the estimating team through tender processes and budget estimations, focusing on ICI construction projects. Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office, is essential to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Study and clarify construction plans and discrepancies
• Organize project specifications and bonding requests
• Conduct comprehensive site visits and log all RFI’s
• Prepare closing sheets and identify opportunities
• Create tender schedules based on construction timelines
Requirements:
• An Engineering or Construction Management degree
• A minimum of 10 years in ICI construction
