Butler/house Manager (Ibiza)

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Butler / House Manager to oversee and elevate the standard of service across three properties belonging to a high profile Italian financier. The Principal and his family divide their time between Ibiza, Milan and London.

This newly created position is designed for a hands‑on, proactive professional who will be instrumental in raising household standards and ensuring a consistent, high level of service, presentation and operational excellence across all properties—particularly during periods of occupancy in London and Ibiza.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage existing household staff, including train and elevating the London housekeeper’s skills, particularly in table service, wardrobe management and laundry
• Supervise Milan staff which includes a part time housekeeper
• Recruit, train and manage seasonal staff for the Ibiza property, including chefs, housekeepers and other staff
