5 Star Lodge is looking for a Butler.
Key Performance Areas of this position include: Acknowledges, welcomes, and greets guests using the appropriate levels of discretion, using the correct
forms of address
Escorts guests to their accommodation
Full orientation of guest’s room
Offers to explain detailed services and facilities to guests
Provides personalised services, demonstrating a sense of urgency, priority and dedication
Request drink preferences from guests before game drive and advise the rangers on the guests requests
Offer unique dinning experiences in the lodge grounds and co-ordinate the celebrations of guests during
their stay with the lodge manager
Displays a polite and gracious manner
Anticipates and responds to guest requests and liaises with respective departments to expedite the
delivery of the requested products and service
Follows up on all guest requests until these are fully sat...
