Butcher - Skilled

At Morrisons we’re proud to produce high quality meat products for our customers. As a Manufacturing Butcher – Skilled in our abattoir – you’ll work on the deboning line removing small bones from primals of fresh meat, working towards the site objective of providing high quality products in a safe, efficient and hygienic environment.

Follow training in food safety to ensure a high quality, food safe product is produced for our customers, ensuring health and safety processes are maintained to create a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. You’ll use a knife or bladed machine to prepare primal for trimming, and will focus on completing tasks efficiently in order to reduce waste and downtime.
