As a Butcher, you will be responsible for selecting, cutting, and preparing various cuts of meat, as well as monitoring and maintaining proper storage and inventory of meat products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, excellent knife skills, and a strong understanding of meat quality and cuts taken care of by following the company’s SOPs.
