Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect all incoming meat and seafood products
• Prepare and cut meat and seafood according to specific cuts and portions
• Ensure all products are properly stored and rotated to maintain freshness
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with menu planning and recipe development as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Butcher, preferably in a high-volume kitchen or restaurant setting
