Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced butcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in meat cutting, trimming, and preparing various meat products while ensuring high-quality standards and food safety compliance. The butcher will also assist customers, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, debone, and portion meat (beef, pork, poultry, lamb, etc.) according to customer and business needs.
• Grind, weigh, and package meat products for sale.
• Ensure proper storage, rotation, and labeling of meats to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, following food safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be atleast high school graduate
• Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
• Good with customer service is an edge
