Summary:

• Bus people are considered service assistants.


• They support the wait staff and managers in maintaining the dining room in preparation for serving our guests.
• They may assist the servers with water service, bread service and clearing as long as their first priority of bussing and resetting tables is complete.

Job Duties:

• Clear dirty tables quietly and unobtrusively, checking floor for linen, dropped utensils and debris, wiping and realigning chairs properly to the table Reset with clean, unstained linen (tablecloths where applicable and cloth napkins or roll-ups), placing flatware and glassware appropriately always handling by the stems and handles; and centerpieces in proper positions Deliver water to the table when requested by a server and assist server in pouring throughout the guest experience Never replace bottled water without server or guests approval Communicates immediately to server any bottl...
