Business Unit Manager

Our client is seeking a business unit manager to join their team. Reporting to senior regional leadership, this role will provide full strategic and operational ownership, ensuring the achievement of financial, commercial, and operational objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong P& L management, commercial leadership, and operational excellence, aligning business unit performance with overall organizational strategy.

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the business unit operates efficiently and meets financial and operational targets.
• Develop and implement the business unit strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.
• Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and drive continuous improvement.
