Role

The BU Director is a pivotal senior leadership role, combining full operational leadership of the site with clear accountability for financial performance and contribution at Board level.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full P&L ownership for the site, driving financial performance, cost control, margin improvement and delivery against budget and strategic targets.
• Acting as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to wider business strategy and participating in Board-level discussions and decision-making.
• Embedding the company vision, values and culture across the site, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
