Business Unit Director – Vaccines & Pharma
Locations: Argentina, Uruguay & Paraguay.
Role Summary: Lead sustainable growth and maintain the leading position of our Vaccines & Pharma portfolio in the private and public markets of Argentina. Accountable for the entire P&L, cross‑functional strategy, talent development, and collaboration with global teams.

• Design cross‑functional business plans supporting key products, incorporating marketing, sales, commercial, access, and policy perspectives.
• Own the P&L in a competitive therapeutic area, delivering revenue growth and market share improvement.
