Business Transformation Lead - UK Poultry

This is a senior, enterprise-level role for someone who knows how to turn strategy into reality.

The role is with a major entity in the UK poultry industry. You'll work closely with SLT with a remit to define 'what good looks like' and simplify complexity across management systems and programme delivery.

The business is undergoing significant operational and organisational change and needs a leader who can coordinate complex programmes, align senior stakeholders, and make sure delivery actually happens, without disrupting day to day performance.

This is not a governance-heavy PMO role. It's about ownership and execution, with the potential to make a substantial impact.

While experience of the UK poultry industry would be an advantage, it's not a prerequisite.

We're also interested to talk to people from the wider agriculture or FMCG spaces, manufacturing or other sectors in which you can demonstrate proven success in a similar function.
