You will lead the industrialization of new products and can shape the next end to end value stream.

Your role

Leading teams in the industrialization phase of Philips Grooming & Beauty products, leading cross-functional activities to ensure smooth and robust product launches. You will support the manufacturability and supply readiness of new propositions from early development until products reach the market, focusing on building efficient and predictable manufacturing and supply chain solutions for Philips and its customers.

You are responsible for:

* The bridge between the product development (I&D) and the Supply Chain (internal & external). Enable supply chains for new propositions & innovations to fulfill the needs of our customers.

* Part of the role is driving the new product introductions at our external packaging location.

* Driving for sourcing decisions together with procurement & supplier quality.
