Business Systems Analyst (Smartsheet)

Our client, a Medical Technology company, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (Smartsheet) for their Sunnyvale, CA/Atlanta, GA location. Responsibilities:

+ Solution design and review of all business process and system level changes as part of continual service improvement.

+ Facilitate meetings with process owners and other stakeholders to gather business requirements

+ Develop supporting materials to facilitate requirement building such as sample dashboards, and user journey maps

+ Translate business requirements into user stories for the development team

+ Work with the development team to continuously refine the documented requirements

+ Develop procedures, manuals, and other documentation for the systems developed based on the requirements gathered

+ Work with onsite and offshore developers to provide insight on business requirements and functional design
