Business Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Production Support

• Provides assistance to application users in their daily production issues/help desk assistance and coordinate with appropriate unit such as IT Units and or external vendor for the resolution.
• Implements service level standards to ensure timely resolution of production issues.
• Assist in the implementation of production fixes such as: Prepares and reviews Incident Report / Business Requirement, Prepares and reviews Work Plan / Schedule
• Conducts UAT for production fixes needed

2. Leads UAT testing

3. Consolidates UAT documents

4. Performs EOD/parameter maintenance in testing environment

5. Conducts walk through with Business Unit for fixes implemented

• Prepares required documentation and sign-off needed for production implementation
• Provides update to Supervisor on resolution of issues.
