Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the IT Project Manager, the Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for exploring, planning, conducting and overseeing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated and standardized leading-edge solutions and system implementations to overcome organizational challenges.
What a typical day looks like:
Provide prompt and effective 3rd level support, ensuring problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
Resolve L2/L3 incidents within SLA
Open and assign support tasks in the development task tracking tool Flexpm
