A leading pension fund administrator is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to serve as the critical link between business, technology, and development teams. Based in Bryanston, this role is central to defining, designing, and optimising applications in alignment with business requirements, while also owning and governing all business processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for eliciting and translating business requirements into technical specifications, conducting feasibility studies, supporting application implementations, and driving continuous process improvement across the organisation
