Business Systems Analyst / Administrator Sr.

As a Business Systems Analyst / Administrator on the Business Systems and Insights team, you’ll serve as the bridge between business operations, technology, and governance. You’ll analyze, configure, and maintain our core systems that support our product delivery, compliance, and financial workflows, leveraging our Atlassian stack, CRM, and other enterprise tools to drive transparency, efficiency, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities:
● Gather, analyze, and document business requirements partnering with stakeholders across finance, operations, and product teams.
● Translate business needs into functional specifications, system workflows, and configuration design.
● Configure, administer, and maintain enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, accounting, CRM, back-office tools).
● Support Compliance Controls (SOC2) by ensuring change traceability, testing documentation and evidence management within system workflows.
