Overview

+ We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support critical Talent Acquisition and Talent Management initiatives, with a strong focus on enhancing the program.

+ This role will partner closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to drive system improvements, gather and refine requirements, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts across key talent cycles.

+ This is an excellent opportunity for a BSA with hands-on UAT experience and HR systems expertise to make an immediate impact within a highly visible program.
