Work Mode: Hybrid, 2 days onsite (9 AM 5 PM) Role Description: Senior BSA Leads cross-LOB initiatives, drives data standardization and stakeholder alignment and having experience with Azure Data Engineering Owns complex integrations and enterprise Ref data onboarding and adoption Excellent Communication skills Act as liaison between business, EDMO, product teams, and technology teams Gather, analyze, and document business, data, and system requirements for reference data domains Translate business needs into functional specifications, data mappings, and user stories Support reference data onboarding lifecycle including identification, classification, and registration Validate whether data qualifies as Enterprise Reference Data (shared, impactful, cross-LOB)
