About the Role
Our client, a leading software production company in the veterinary space, is seeking a Business Support Specialist to join their team. This role blends customer-facing billing support with contract processing and administrative responsibilities. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling billing inquiries related to software subscriptions and acting as a Tier II resource for more complex issues.
