The Opportunity
This position works at Icerenkoy location in the In Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) business, we’re advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.
What You’ll Do
Plan, organize, and execute congresses, events, and training activities end-to-end 
Prepare and manage congress and event budgets, and coordinate financial approval processes with Finance teams 
Work closely with Marketing and Finance teams to ensure alignment of budget and operational processes 
Prepare and follow up on contracts (including agencies, distributors, and partners) 
Ensure all congresses and events are completed in compliance with applicable regulations and company policies 
Ensure timely and accurate use of internal systems to support seamless process execution
