(A)JOB SUMMARY
The Business Support Executive will assist multiple teams in the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and rollout of enterprise software solutions. (B)JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
Software Implementation & Configuration:
Assist in the implementation and configuration of various enterprise tools and software.
Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
Conduct system testing (UAT) to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
Coordinate with software vendors for technical support, issue resolution, and module setup.
Process Documentation & Training:
Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and how-to guides for newly implemented systems.
