We are looking for a reliable Business Executive to support daily operations, basic accounting, and administrative functions. This role works closely with management and external accountants to ensure smooth business
operations.
What You'll Do
- Support daily operations and office administration
- Handle basic AP / AR, invoicing, and record keeping
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain documentation
- Assist with monthly closing, audit, and tax coordination
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and vendors
- Support payroll coordination, staff claims, and admin tasks
- Assist management with reports and ad-hoc duties
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, admin, or accounts roles
