Business Support Analyst

Job Summary:
We have an exciting New Role at Stanley Black and Decker (SBD). The Business Support Analyst is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for core HCM solutions, with a primary focus on Workday. This role involves managing the full product lifecycle, driving process optimization, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR technology solutions to support core HR processes such as employee data management, offboarding, and position management.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for core HCM solutions, with a primary focus on Workday, in partnership with the Senior Manager, HR Technology.
Lead requirements gathering, prioritization, and business analysis for product features and enhancements related to core HR processes (e.g., employee data management, offboarding, position management) within Workday and other HR technologies.
